Term 3 begins our Community Link Program: the grade 5’s begin volunteering with Meals on Wheels and the grade 6’s begin spending time with the ‘Elders’ at Lyndoch Living. Our first session is always a big meet-and-greet to introduce everyone.
Woodford Primary is going to enter the Pump Track – Healthy breakfast competition. To enter, we need x4 Walk-to-School surveys (collected by the Grade 5/6 Travel Smart students), and the first survey will be collected on Friday May 19. Here’s a picture of the Pump Track the winning school gets to use!
I’ve added a page for Chinese L.O.T.E, to follow all the fun activities we do with Miss Han.
This year is already busy and it’s only Week 3! Plenty to keep occupied in Grade 5/6 with 3-6 Sport, STEM electives and Applied Maths sessions. Surfing, Swimming, Golf, Homework…amazing!
